Mohamed Hashish

Mohamed Hashish has over 13 years of experience in handling Corporate, M&A, Restructuring, Banking & Finance, Energy & Electricity, TMT, Construction and Public Procurement matters.

Hashish is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer and he has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal and ILFR 1000 as one of the leading lawyer “highly regarded” in Egypt for 2015, 2016 and 2018. Mohamed is a founder of TELELAWS,, which is the first international free-access guide to telecoms, media and IT laws that is originated in Egypt.

Due to his active practice and achievements, Hashish was appointed as a Vice-Chair at both the International Financial Products & Services Committee and the Middle East Committee of the International Law Section at the American Bar Association for the previous and current ABA term starting from August 2016 to August 2018.

Mohamed Graduated with an LLB (Law) from Helwan University in Egypt.
